How to Make Payment
Tuition fees at DSH Institute of Technology can be settled using the following methods:
Cash
Pay directly at our finance office during business hours.
Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
International wire transfer to our Maybank account.
Online Bank Transfer
Direct transfer via your local banking app or website.

Payment Terms & Conditions
- Registration fees must be paid upon application (refer to the DSH Fee Structure).
- Tuition fees are due by the 2nd of each month.
- Scholarship rebates are applied only after full payment and are available to Malaysian students only.
- Complimentary access to lockers, library, and computer labs is included.
- Requests to change payment plans must be submitted in writing before programme commencement.
- Late payments incur a RM10 daily penalty.
- Exemption rebates apply to a maximum of 5 subjects, excluding the final academic year.
Admission & Progression
- Admission decisions are made by the DSH Admissions Board with professional bodies and partners.
- Meeting entry requirements does not guarantee admission.
- Successful applicants receive a Letter of Acceptance.
- Progression depends on academic performance, attendance, and conduct.
Course Changes
- Requests for cancellation, withdrawal, deferment, or transfer must be submitted in writing under the Standard PEI-Student Contract.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 21 working days of written application under the following conditions:
Student Pass Rejection
Full refund minus administrative fees.
English Placement Test
Fees transferred to the Intensive English course if proficiency is insufficient.
