STEP 01
Explore Your Options
- Based on your areas of interest, read up on the relevant courses and check on details such as programme entry requirements and any other additional requirements.
- Contact our education counsellors via our hotline — +60 3-4144 3800
- Fill out and submit an enquiry form under the "Contact Us" icon
- Send an email to admissions@dit.edu.my
STEP 02
Prepare Your Documents
- Scanned or photocopied copy of all pages in passport
- Passport-sized Photograph (Width: 217px, Height: 280px, Size: 66KB)
- O' Level / UEC results OR Matriculation / A Levels / Diploma / Foundation results
- MUET / IELTS / TOEFL results
- University Transcript and completion of studies letter (if applicable)
- Pre-Medical Report from country of origin
- Downloaded Application Form
STEP 03
Submit Your Application
- Visit our campus and submit your documents directly to our counsellors
- Email your scanned documents to admissions@dit.edu.my
- Mail or courier to: DSH Institute of Technology, Sales and Marketing Division, 59-0, Block E, Platinum Walk, No.2 Jalan Langkawi, Taman Danau Kota, Setapak, 53300 Kuala Lumpur
STEP 04
Get Ready For Your Learning Journey at DIT
- You will receive a conditional offer, and the International Students' Office will proceed to apply for your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) through EMGS.
- The process requires approximately 6–8 weeks for completion. You can track your visa application status online via the EMGS website (www.emgs.com.my) or email admissions@dit.edu.my for assistance.
- Once the VAL is approved, it will be emailed to you. The entire visa application process is handled online — you are not required to visit the Malaysian Embassy in person. Upon arrival in Malaysia, you will complete the immigration formalities at the port of entry.
